Garlic sirloin steak
A classic version this time with pork tenderloin, a simple dish, inexpensive depending on the type of meat chosen and very, very tasty.
Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin
1 head of garlic
100 ml white wine
150 ml chicken broth
Extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper
Salt
French fries to accompany
Preparation:
We start by removing the external fat from the sirloin, with these
quantities make food for 3-4 people.
Once clean on the outside
We cut the fat into medallions a couple of fingers thick.
We pour a splash of extra virgin olive oil into the Efficient Stainless steel frying pan and brown the medallions on both sides. We set aside.
We add a little more oil to the pan and lightly brown the peeled whole garlic cloves. Once browned, we pour in the white wine and let it reduce over high heat for 5 minutes.
We add the reserved meat, pour in the chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes. While the stew is cooking, we can fry some potatoes as a garnish.
We sear the sirloin and sauté it, serve it with the fried potatoes and sprinkle a little chopped fresh parsley.
