Pear pasta with walnuts

Ingredients:
· 200 gr of pasta
· 1 onion, finely chopped
· 1 medium pear
· 50 gr of walnuts
· 200 ml of cooking cream or soy cream
· A good handful of mozzarella cheese
· Parmesan cheese to decorate
1. Cut the onion.
2. Peel and core the pears. Cut them into small cubes.
3. Add a splash of oil and the finely chopped onion to the pan. When it starts to become transparent, add the pear.
4. We put the pasta to cook in boiling water
5. Let it cook until the pear is well cooked and golden and then add the cream. Add the walnuts and mozzarella cheese and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
6. Add the pasta cooked al dente and a little cooking water and let it boil for a couple of minutes so that the pasta absorbs the flavour. That's why it's important for it to be al dente, so that it finishes absorbing the flavour and will be more flavoursome.
7. Add parmesan cheese and enjoy.
