These General Contracting Conditions for Purchases regulate the use of the website www.cocinaconbra.com (hereinafter "The website"), which sells and advertises products under the name "BRA," a nationally registered trademark No. 1,206,463 and internationally registered No. 537,291, valid and owned by the commercial entity ISOGONA, S.L. (hereinafter "ISOGONA"), with registered office at (43800) Valls - Tarragona, Calle Basters No. 4, Tax ID B60184843.
The use of the website or placing an order through it implies full acceptance of the "General Contracting Conditions" described here, regarding which ISOGONA reserves the right to unilateral modification at any time, with the applicable conditions being those published on the website at any given time.
- SCOPE OF CONTRACT.
By using this website and/or placing orders through it, you agree to:
- Use this website only to make legally valid inquiries and/or orders.
- Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If it could reasonably be considered that an order of this nature has been placed, we are authorized to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
- Provide us with your email address, postal address, and other contact details truthfully and accurately. You expressly consent that we may use this information to contact you if necessary (see Privacy Policy section). If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we cannot process your order.
- When placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, especially for purchases accessed through the website.
The items offered through this website are only available for shipment to Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Sweden.
For security reasons, purchases over €3,000 or more than 50 items per order cannot be made.
- PLACE AN ORDER.
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click "Buy now" to complete the order. After this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). We will also inform you by email that the product is being shipped (the "Shipping Confirmation").
- PRICE.
The prices applicable to the products are those indicated on the website at the time of the order. Prices are detailed for each item and include VAT (Value Added Tax). The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the customer at the time of placing the order.
- PAYMENT.
Accepted payment methods: Purchases can be paid for by credit card, debit card, or through PayPal. In any case, the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen at no additional cost.
The customer must notify ISOGONA, if applicable, of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that appropriate measures can be taken. Payment service providers or issuers may adopt anti-fraud measures that result in the rejection of certain types of operations. ISOGONA is not responsible for the application of such security policies.
- DELIVERY.
All orders to Mainland Spain and Mainland Portugal are shipped through MRW and DHL. If you place your order in our BRA store from Monday to Thursday before 4:00 PM, you will receive your order the next business day (within 24 hours). If you place the order after 4:00 PM, you will receive it one day later, within 48 hours.
In the case of placing an order on Friday afternoon or during the weekend, it will be delivered on Tuesday (in case of a holiday, it will be delivered the next business day).
For orders destined for the Balearic Islands, shipments are made through Tipsa and take 4 to 5 business days to arrive.
For orders to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and Sweden, we use GLS and DHL.
6.1 Home delivery:
Standard shipping in Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and Mainland Portugal: Shipping is free for orders over 30 euros. For orders below this amount, a transportation cost of 4 euros will apply. Delivery will always be in Mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands.
Standard shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and Sweden: The shipping cost varies between 8.90 euros and 24.90 euros depending on the country and will be displayed at the end of the purchase in the shopping cart.
The customer's provided address can be a private residence, a workplace, or any other specified address. It is not necessary for the billing address and shipping address to match.
6.2 Incidents in delivery: If delivery is not possible due to the recipient's absence, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and try to contact the recipient by phone. After two (2) unsuccessful attempts, it is the customer who must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.
- CHANGES, RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL.
There are different procedures for returns and withdrawal. Below, we will describe the characteristics of each of them, as well as their costs and conditions.
- Change: the substitution of a product for another from the store is considered an exchange.
- Return: in case of tare or defect.
All products to be returned must be properly packaged, preferably in their original packaging.
7.1 Exchange and Return Conditions: If, upon receiving the order, you have doubts about the chosen size or decide to return the product for any reason, please contact us via email (tienda@cocinaconbra.com).
You can return any product within a period of 30 days, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging. The returned product must be handed over to the transportation company protected within a box (it can be the BRA transport box or another, but the product cannot be handed over directly to the carrier).
For returns in Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, we will contact the transport agency to pick up the product at no cost to the customer.
For returns outside of Spain, we must receive the product at this address: Cocina con Bra, Josep Comas i Solà 19A, 08243 Manresa (Spain). We can also arrange for the customer to cover the collection.
The refund amount will be processed using the same payment method you used to make the purchase or by providing a discount voucher (with no expiration date).
Can I exchange any of the products received for another? In the case you want to make an exchange, it will be processed as a return, and the amount of the product will be refunded once it is received and checked in our warehouse. The new product can be purchased at any time by placing a new order.
7.2 Withdrawal Conditions:
7.2.1.- Right of withdrawal: If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the purchased product, from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods, or in the case that the goods that make up your order are delivered separately, fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must expressly notify ISOGONA in writing, either by postal mail to the address, (43800) Valls - Tarragona, Basters street No. 4, or by writing to the email "tienda@cocinaconbra.com," stating your unequivocal decision to withdraw from the contract.
To withdraw, you can use the withdrawal form model that appears as an Annex at the end of these Conditions, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise on your part of this right is sent before the corresponding period has elapsed.
7.2.2. Consequences of withdrawal: Once the withdrawal is formalized and the item is returned properly packaged, preferably in its original packaging, the refund of the price will be processed as soon as possible, and in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days.
We will proceed to make this refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you specify otherwise, for which you must expressly detail in your withdrawal the new means of payment through which you want us to make the refund. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
However, we may retain the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
- AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS.
If there are incidents regarding their supply or if there are no products in stock, you will be informed immediately, and the refund of the amount of the out-of-stock product or products will be processed. ISOGONA will refund the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid. The stock availability data in physical stores reflected on our website try to be accurate but are indicative and may vary depending on acquisitions.
- LEGAL GUARANTEE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED.
The legal guarantee offered is established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
The term of this warranty is three (3) years from the date of receipt of the product at the address indicated for products purchased from January 1, 2022. Products purchased before January 1, 2022, have a warranty period of two (2) years.
The warranty covers possible manufacturing defects and DOES NOT cover defects derived from improper use of the product, nor those derived from improper or inadequate use, nor damage caused by impacts.
The consumer has two (2) months from the receipt of the product to notify a possible defect to the seller, who will notify through the following email: tienda@cocinaconbra.com. Possible defective products covered by this warranty will be received, repaired, and/or replaced at no cost and returned to the buyer at no charge.
- CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
For any questions, suggestions, inquiries, or complaints about the online store, you can contact the Customer Service, by any of the following means:

The online sales Customer Service of ISOGONA will attend and respond to your complaint as soon as possible, will be available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and in any case, the response will be given within a maximum period of one month.
- FORCE MAJEURE.
Compliance by ISOGONA of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of an unforeseen circumstance or force majeure that prevents or delays compliance. These will be considered as such, in particular, without this list being limiting: war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind, and supply problems not attributable to ISOGONA. ISOGONA will inform the customer of the occurrence, where appropriate, of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances within seven (7) days following its occurrence. In the event that this suspension lasts more than fifteen (15) days, the customer will then have the possibility to terminate the current order, and a refund will be made under the conditions provided in point 6 of these General Purchase Conditions.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.
These General Purchase Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation. Applicable (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) in all that is not foreseen in this contract.
