Mushroom wok with oyster sauce
This mushroom and oyster sauce wok is perfect for taking advantage of the vegetables you have in the fridge because although in this case we have prepared it with mushrooms, we could well do it with any other vegetable.
The sauce gives it an incredible flavor and you will see how easy it is to prepare it. The most important thing when preparing a wok is to get a short cooking time, so it is important to have all the ingredients ready before you start.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of oil
½ teaspoon minced ginger
1 small onion finely chopped
250 g of mixed mushrooms cut into slices
The green stem of a spring onion
1 dried red chili (optional)
250g noodles or egg noodles
for the sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of water
½ teaspoon chili oil
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
Preparation
Cook the noodles in boiling water.
Heat the wok over medium high heat, then add the oil, ginger, and onion and sauté for one minute.
Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped chili and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add the pasta.
Add all the sauce ingredients and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with the stem of the onion finely chopped on top.
