Chicken skewers
Tired of the Christmas excesses? Well, today we bring you a delicious dish that will help you compensate for the Christmas feasts, some super easy and very tasty skewers.
Ingredients:
2-4 servings

2 chicken breasts
1/2 purple onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper
Salt
To accompany:
Cherry, avocado and feta salad
Homemade potato chips

Preparation:
We start by leaving the skewers soaking in cold water for 20 minutes, this will prevent them from burning.
Cut the breasts into regular cubes and season them to taste. We booked. Next, wash the peppers well and cut them together with the onion into regular pieces, we must ensure that the pieces are of a diameter similar to chicken cubes.
Once we have everything ready, we string our skewers, combining the chicken pieces with the pepper and onion pieces.
