It is made of cast aluminum and is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. In addition, it has an excellent temperature distribution for perfect and very efficient cooking of all our recipes.
It has the Teflon Profile non-stick coating reinforced with MetalTec impact technology, which modifies the surface giving an exceptional and ultra-durable finish, for extraordinary performance, three times superior to that of traditional kitchen utensils.
It is an ideal pan for preparing all types of recipes, even the most elaborate ones, combining its different sizes. You can cook sauces or make fried eggs in the smaller ones, while in the larger diameter ones you sear the meat, grill fish or chicken breast, brown some breaded loin steaks or fry potatoes to accompany it. They are ideal both for sautéing some vegetables and preparing a mushroom scramble, as well as for making ratatouille, bolognese sauce, any carbonara pasta or for cooking béchamel for croquettes. The smaller pans have the perfect size and a good height so that you can fry squid, dumplings, fritters or donuts optimally, quickly and maintaining the temperature of the oil. In all their sizes, cooking with them without fear and without slowing down is possible, thanks to their excellent resistance and great durability.
