Baked sea bream with vegetables

Ingredients for 4 people):
1 1 kg sea bream or snapper. approximately
1 large zucchini
1 big Onion
1 to large mate
1/2 Red pepper
1/2 green pepper
100 ml of white wine
1 lemon
Salt and black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh parsley
Step by Step:
1 Clean the vegetables and cut the potatoes, zucchini, tomato and onion into slices and the pepper into strips. Arrange them in layers on the baking tray, seasoning the layers with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil.
2 Bake in the oven, preheated to 180ºC, for 25 minutes.
3 Clean the sea bream well and dry it well with kitchen paper. Make some cuts in the upper part and insert halves of thin lemon slices. Introduce sprigs of parsley into the belly.
4 Place on the precooked vegetables, season with salt, drizzle with oil and wine and cook for 20-25 more minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
