pumpkin spice latte
Haven't tried this American drink yet? Well, take good note because we are sure you will love it.

Ingredients:
For the pumpkin puree:
300g pumpkin
30g brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
For the Pumpkin spice latte:
80 ml of coffee
300 ml of milk
50g pumpkin puree
For the coffee:
ground coffee
Mineral water
To decorate:
Whipped cream
Cinnamon powder
Preparation:
Peel, remove the seeds and chop the pumpkin into 1.5 cm cubes, place the pieces on a tray suitable for the oven and bake at 220ºC for 15 minutes or until tender, if you prefer you can do it in the microwave, just we need to put the cubes in a tray suitable for the microwave and cook 10-12 minutes at maximum power.
Once the pumpkin is cooked, we put it in a food processor along with the sugar and the spices and grind it. We booked.
We prepare the coffee in our Efficient coffee maker and while it is being made we are going to infuse the milk. In an Efficient saucepan, pour the milk together with the purée and place over medium heat, stirring with Efficient rods until it starts to boil, at which point we turn off the heat.
We serve a coffee in each glass, then we pour our infused milk and decorate with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
