terrifying pizza
We cannot think of a better recipe to celebrate Halloween in company than a pizza and if it is terrifying, much better. Happy Halloween!
Ingredients:
3 pizzas
Difficulty: medium
Time: 15 minutes + resting + baking
For the pizza dough:
750 g of wheat flour
485 ml of warm water
10g dry yeast
7g of salt
Oil to paint the bowl
For the filling:
cheddar cheese slices
Mozzarella cheese slices
Crushed tomato
pitted black olives
Salt
Preparation:
We start by dissolving the yeast in the warm water, stir and let stand for 5 minutes.
In a bowl add the flour together with the salt and mix. Now you can make the dough by hand or in a kneading robot. Pour the water into the bowl of flour and knead for 10 minutes in a kneading machine or 15 minutes by hand, we must obtain a thin and slightly sticky but manageable dough. We form a ball with the dough, paint the bowl with a little oil and let the dough rest for 30 minutes covered.
While it rests, we take the opportunity to make terrifying shapes with the cheese slices and with special Halloween cookie cutters.
After the time we dump the dough on the floured work surface, deflate it and divide it into 3 equal portions. We are going to bake the dough in our Efficient 41x29 baking tray, so we put one of the balls inside and stretch it with our hands until it covers the entire surface. Thanks to our non-stick coating, you don't need spray or paper, although this time, as we want to serve the 3 terrifying pizzas, we're going to put paper on it to be able to unmold it easily, since our tray is 6.5 cm high, ideal for baking biscuits, roasts, pizzas and everything you can think of.
Cover with the glass lid and let stand 30 more minutes at room temperature, better in a warm area.
The 30 minutes have passed and we can now fill it, we begin by putting crushed tomato all over the surface, trying not to fill the edges of the pizza, we salt a little to taste and place our terrifying cheese figures, to make the spiders we have split in half the black olives, one half we use as the body and the other we cut into 6 equal strips and they will be the legs of the spider.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 20 minutes or until the pizza is golden to your liking.
