Pear and Parmesan Pizza
The best thing about the world of pizza is that it has no limits and, like croquettes, it can be made of almost anything, even sweet!
Today I bring you a pizza that could be a salad and that has all the flavor of Parmesan cheese and all the sweetness of pears.
Ingredients:
1 pizza dough
1 pear
60g Parmesan cheese
60 g of grated cheese type
1 handful of chopped walnuts
a tablespoon of honey
a handful of arugula
Preparation:
Using an Efficient narrow zester grater , grate the cheeses separately. We booked.
We spread the pizza dough on a smooth Efficient Iron grill.
Top with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with some chopped walnuts.
Finely slice the pears with the help of a santoku knife and place them on the cheese.
We bake for about 15-18 minutes at 200 degrees. The iron grill will make the pizza nicely browned on the bottom as well.
Remove from the oven and add the arugula. With the help of a spoon add a little honey.
