Chocolate coffee panna cotta
One of the flavors that we most like to find in a dessert with lemon is coffee, that's why today we wanted to make this traditional Italian dessert with a delicious coffee flavor and nothing better to accompany it than a good dark chocolate.
Ingredients: 6 units
For the panna cotta:
- 200 ml of whipping cream
- 60 ml of coffee
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 10g sugar
To decorate:
- Dark chocolate
Preparation:
- The first and most important thing to prepare this dessert is to have a good coffee. And we're going to do this Italian style. We pour water into our Elegance coffee maker , place the filter and fill it with coffee without letting it overflow, close it and put it on medium-low heat until it has risen completely.
- To prepare the panna cotta we put the gelatin to hydrate in a glass with cold water for 5 minutes.
- We put a saucepan to the fire with the cream, the coffee and the sugar, when it breaks to boil we remove from the fire, we drain the gelatin and we incorporate it. We remove with some rods until its complete dissolution.
- Pour into molds, let cool to room temperature Reserve in the fridge until the next day.
- Unmold and serve accompanied by grated 70% chocolate.
