- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 3 tablespoons of orange juice
The rest:
- 1 kilo of chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 4 of water
Preparation:
- In a saucepan mix all the ingredients of the barbecue sauce and heat over low heat until they are all integrated. Reserve.
- In a low Efficient saucepan , put a tablespoon of oil and brown the wings. When they are golden, add the sauce and cover. Cook for half an hour over low heat until the chicken is tender.
- To make the sauce a little thicker, in a bowl mix the cornstarch with the water. When it is dissolved, add to the saucepan and cook, stirring non-stop, until it has thickened. Return the wings to the saucepan and give a final boil.
