Warm fennel and sweet potato salad



INGREDIENTS:
1/2 sweet potato
1/2 fennel
1 leek
2 oranges
Cilantro
Parsley
Canons or arugula

Dip:
Dill
Olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
chili flakes
Salt and pepper

1. Cut the sweet potato into small pieces and sauté in the pan until cooked and set aside.

2. Cut the fennel and leek into small thin slices and pass them through the frying pan over high heat so that they become somewhat crispy.

3. Chop the parsley and cilantro and set aside.

4. Peel and cut the oranges and cut them into slices to taste.

5. Arrange all the ingredients on a plate or bowl and let's prepare the sauce.

6. In the pan, heat the oil and mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. When the oil is hot, remove from the heat and add the ingredients. Let it cool and add it on top of the salad.
