orange cake
A cake that conquers not only for its beauty but also for its soft, citrus and sweet flavor at the same time.
INGREDIENTS:
- For the syrup
2 oranges
250 ml of water
200 g of sugar
A pinch of cinnamon
3 cardamom seeds
- For the mass
220 g of flour
220 g soy yogurt
150 gr of sugar
100 g sunflower oil
110 ml orange juice
15 g of chemical yeast
Zest of an orange
Cinnamon
Powdered or fresh ginger
STEPS:
1. In the pan we heat the water with the sugar, cardamom and cinnamon. We bring it to the boiling point.
2. Let it boil for about 20 minutes and remove half of the syrup to decorate the end. We add the orange slices and let it boil for about 10 minutes (if a lot has been consumed, you can add what we have removed).
3. Meanwhile, in a bowl we add the ingredients for the dough and mix them well
4. We add the dough to the pan
5. We bake at 180º for about 40 minutes.
6. Let it cool before unmolding and enjoy!
