The Market paella pan has been designed to offer the best cooking results and features a Teflon Profile non-stick coating that's ultra-resistant to wear and scratching. 

Its body is made of cast aluminium and, thanks to its full induction diffuser base, it's also suitable for all heat sources (including induction). It also has excellent temperature distribution for the perfect cooking of all your favourite recipes.

It's the ideal paella pan for preparing all kinds of rice dishes and typical Spanish fideuás, including delicious traditional Valencian paellas, black rice with peas and cuttlefish, rice, or a tasty fideuá perfectly finished off in the oven. Its large non-stick surface and excellent temperature distribution mean you can also use it as a grill pan to cook vegetables, fish for dinner, or meat for lunch for the whole family, quickly and cleanly, with hardly any oil. It also works great for hake or sea bream fillets, pieces of monkfish or bonito, cuttlefish or squid with garlic and parsley, and mussels too. And don't forget about any meat you want to grill either: a fillet with a touch of salt and pepper, a chicken breast sprinkled with a pinch of thyme, or a beef entrecôte with a hint of mustard added just before serving. Being oven-suitable, it also lets you roast chicken with baked potatoes, seasoned with your favourite herbs, bake all kinds of fish and vegetables, for a complete dish, and even cook a delicious apple pie or empanada packed with tuna and peppers. Thanks to its non-stick coating, you can cook any food with very little oil, efficiently and with excellent results.
