Description

The Market Basting Brush is ideal for greasing with butter, oil, egg or milk in any kind of cookware you're going to use for your cakes, pies and brioches. It's also perfect for spreading oil in your pots, pans and casseroles without scratching them, helping you cook more healthily and efficiently. You can also use it to gently brush any food you're making, however delicate it may be. A beautiful design for an elegant and practical basting brush that will take care of all your cookware, even your non-stick items.

Silicone has fantastic resistance to temperatures (it can be used at minus 40 degrees and up to 230°C), lasts a lifetime, and is odourless, tasteless and non-corrosive. It's completely safe for use with food.

The end of the handle is made of beech wood, which boasts an anti-humidity treatment, and the wooden handle and whisk body are joined through a stainless steel tube.
