Suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to the full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent temperature distribution for the perfect cooking of all your favourite recipes.

The Advanced Griddle is ideal for cooking food both on the hob and in the oven in a very healthy, fast and simple way. Its wide diffuser base is perfect for preparing both meat and fish, alongside any accompanying side dish. You can prepare delicious lunches and dinners quickly, with little fat, and without having to worry about anything sticking to the pan. Bushing the grill pan with your everyday or seasoned oils can give meat or fish a different flavour each time.
