A very common question is whether to buy a non-stick pan or a non-stick stainless steel pan. Both options are valid and our recommendation is to use both depending on the use we will give to the pan.

• Non-stick pans are practical, easy to use and very convenient. All Bra non-stick pans have high-quality coatings, 100% free of PFOA and toxic materials, with excellent non-stick properties and durability. They are ideal for everyday use in the kitchen for all types of recipes and especially suitable for foods that stick easily (such as white fish or omelettes).
• Bra also has pans with cutting-edge ceramic non-stick coating, which are more environmentally sustainable because their non-stick coating does not contain PTFE (which is not easy to recycle). In addition to being PFOA and PTFE-free, our Life collection is made from 100% certified recycled cast aluminium, which further helps to generate a lower environmental impact.
• Stainless steel pans are ideal for high-temperature cooking (frying in plenty of oil or grilling) and are very durable. As they do not have a non-stick coating, we can use any utensil to cook with them and they do not require as much care as a non-stick pan. On the other hand, as they do not have a non-stick coating, they are not easy to use and are not recommended as the only option in the kitchen.
