A very common question is whether to buy a non-stick pan or a non-stick stainless steel pan. Both options are valid and our recommendation is to use both depending on the use we will give to the pan.
NON-STICK FRYING PANS
Non-stick pans are practical, easy to use and very convenient . They are ideal for everyday use for all types of recipes and especially suitable for foods that stick easily (such as white fish or omelettes).

STAINLESS STEEL FRYING PANS
Stainless steel pans are ideal for high-temperature cooking (such as deep-frying or grilling) and are very durable. Since they do not have a non-stick coating, we can use any utensil to cook with them and they do not require as much care as a non-stick pan. On the other hand, since they do not have a non-stick coating, they require a period of adaptation and are not recommended as the only option in the kitchen .
