Description

The tongs are perfect for turning over the meat, vegetables or fish being cooked, gently and without damaging the pan or food. The high-quality, temperature-resistant (up to 230 C) silicone makes these tongs ideal for turning or moving delicate foods, such as your fish or vegetables cooking in a pan, on the grill or on the oven tray, keeping all pots, pans and casseroles as good as new.

Silicone has some fantastic properties. It has great temperature resistance (it can be used at minus 40 degrees and up to 230º), lasts a lifetime, is odourless, tasteless and non-corrosive. It's, of course, also fully safe for food use.

The end of the handle is made of beech wood and boasts an anti-humidity treatment, and the wooden handle and spatula body are joined through a stainless steel tube.
