Description

The Premiere pan combines the quality of non-stick cast aluminium with a modern design. This sturdy pan features a PFOA-free Teflon Innovations non-stick coating.

It's suitable for all types of hob (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent temperature distribution for the perfect cooking of all your favourite recipes.

The set is available in the following formats:

The two pans are ideal for making all kinds of recipes, combining their sizes. The 20cm pan is perfect for preparing sauces or frying eggs, while in the 24cm pan you can cook meat, fish or chicken breast, brown some breaded tenderloin fillets, or even make chips. They're great for sautéing mushrooms or, for example, preparing scrambled eggs, as well as for making Bolognese sauce, any carbonara-style pasta or even for cooking the béchamel sauce for croquettes. The smallest pan is also the perfect size for frying croquettes, dumplings, fritters and doughnuts – quickly, efficiently and all the while maintaining the perfect oil temperature. In both sizes, the pans provide a great everyday cooking experience, with nothing getting stuck. They are incredibly easy to use thanks to the ergonomic handles and great resistance.
