Its wide diffuser base is ideal for preparing meat or fish at the same time as your accompanying side dish. You can prepare delicious lunches and dinners quickly, with little fat, and without having to worry about anything sticking to the pan. Bushing the grill pan with your usual or even a seasoned oil can give the meat or fish a different flavour each time. Cook delicious, healthy dishes with a special touch: hake fillets with green asparagus and some prawn oil, beef entrecôte with your choice of mushrooms and truffle or boletus oil, grilled mixed vegetables with garlic oil, squid with slices of courgette and olive oil, or mussels opened on the grill with a little pepper. Its smooth surface means you can even use it as a baking tray for puff pastries, cakes, cookies, pizzas, empanadas or loaves of bread.
