The Bistro grill pan has been designed to offer perfect cooking results and extraordinary resistance to wear and scratches. It is a robust and durable grill thanks to its non-deformable cast aluminum body and the quality of its non-stick Profile, exclusive to Bra in Spain, reinforced with MetalTec technology and free of PFOA.

It is made of cast aluminum and is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. In addition, it has an excellent temperature distribution for perfect and very efficient cooking of all our recipes.

  • It has the T eflon Profile non-stick coating reinforced with MetalTec impact technology, which modifies the surface giving an exceptional and ultra-durable finish, for extraordinary performance, three times superior to that of traditional kitchen utensils.
  • The Bistro striped grill is ideal for cooking any grilled food in a very healthy, efficient and simple way. Its wide diffuser bottom is perfect for cooking both meat or fish and the garnish you want to accompany it with at the same time. Its grooves help separate fat from food for healthier results. Quickly, with hardly any fat and nothing sticking, you can prepare delicious lunches and dinners. By brushing the grill with the usual oil or with a flavored one, you can give a different touch to meat, vegetables or fish each time. Tasty and healthy dishes with a special touch such as slices of hake with some green asparagus and a little rosemary oil, a beef entrecôte with the mushrooms of your choice and truffle or boletus oil, a grilled variety of vegetables with olive oil. garlic and chilli, some squid with some slices of zucchini with olive oil or some open mussels on the grill with a little pepper. Thanks to its reinforced and ultra-scratch-resistant non-stick coating, you can cook healthy and delicious recipes comfortably and without anything sticking on a robust and durable grill that is also very easy to clean.

    Cacerola baja bistro, grill con raya s bistro y sarten para tortillas, tambien tengo una sarten home.
    Mi primera compra fue la sarten para tortillas, son realmente buenas, he gastado mucho en sartenes y solo las de Bra no se estropean. Gracias por su calidad, seguire ampliando mi bateria de cocina
