As the title says, this is a great frying pan with a super competitive price, for example, a similar frying pan from a certain Swedish household goods brand costs twice as much... although it is not multi-layered like other more expensive brands, the Heat is distributed perfectly and evenly throughout the bottom, which is ultimately where the food is cooked in a pan.
I have made all kinds of preparations without anything sticking (you have to learn to control the temperature depending on what you want to cook and use enough oil without going crazy) beef steaks, chicken breasts, sautéed vegetables or salmon, perfectly sealed and without burning, the only thing I haven't dared to make yet is eggs.
The handle at first didn't seem too ergonomic to me, but once you get used to it it is comfortable enough to control the pan without problems and it doesn't transmit any heat.
The only drawback I can find so far is that the steel stains very easily, something that doesn't happen to me with other utensils from the brand. This does not affect the operation of the pan in any way, but I am a bit manic with these things, so I have had to boil it with vinegar and give it a little "care" with the sponge to make it look like new on more than one occasion.
If you are looking for a stainless steel frying pan that can be used for everything, without spending half your salary, I don't know if you will find a better option, also made in Spain.
