The Bistro Shallow Casserole has been designed to offer perfect cooking results and extraordinary resistance to wear and scratches. It is a robust and durable saucepan thanks to its non-deformable cast aluminum body and the quality of its non-stick Profile, exclusive to Bra in Spain, reinforced with MetalTec technology and free of PFOA.

It is made of cast aluminum and is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. In addition, it has an excellent temperature distribution for perfect and very efficient cooking of all our recipes.

• It has the Teflon Profile non-stick coating reinforced with MetalTec impact technology, which modifies the surface giving an exceptional and ultra-durable finish, for extraordinary performance, three times superior to that of traditional kitchen utensils.

It includes two black silicone handles with red edges to hold the saucepan comfortably and a glass lid with a silicone edge to achieve a perfect closure.

The Bistró low casserole is the most versatile, since with it you can prepare all kinds of recipes, from a risotto or any stew with sauce over the heat, to roasting meats and fish in the oven, and even making delicious sweet recipes. It is ideal and very convenient, both for cooking simple dishes such as chickpeas with vegetables, artichokes with garlic and ham, meatballs with mushrooms or rice with vegetables, meat or fish, as well as for preparing tasty stewed cuttlefish with peas, chicken with garlic or cod with ratatouille or with the sauce you like the most. In addition, its versatility makes it ideal so you can cook the bechamel for croquettes or the farce of stuffed eggplants or lasagna. You will be surprised how good any dish turns out in the oven, from a simple and delicious chicken with potatoes, your favorite roast meat, a cheese and tomato galette or a vegetable quiche. It is also perfect for baking a delicious sponge cake, roasting pears or apples and even preparing a delicious tarte tatin or cherry clafoutis. Thanks to its reinforced non-stick and ultra-resistant to scratches, you can cook comfortably and without anything sticking, and it is also very easy and quick to clean.
