Description

The Infinity shallow casserole has been designed to offer the best cooking results combined with a non-stick Teflon Profile coating that's ultra-resistant to wear and scratching.

It has a cast aluminium body and, thanks to its full induction diffuser base, is suitable for all types of hob (including induction). It also has excellent temperature distribution for the perfect cooking of all your favourite recipes.

It includes two red silicone handles for comfortable carry and a glass lid with a silicone edge for perfect closure.

The Infinity shallow casserole is incredibly versatile and great for all kinds of recipes, from a risotto or stews cooked on the hob, to roasting all kinds of meat, baking fish, and even making some delicious sweet treats. It’s perfect both for cooking simple dishes, such as chickpeas with chorizo, artichoke with garlic and ham, noodles, or vegetable, meat and fish rice dishes, as well as for preparing tasty meatballs with peas, garlic chicken, cod pisto, or your favourite sauce. It's versatility also makes it great for making béchamel for croquettes or the filling of a cannelloni or lasagne.
