The small and medium ones are brilliant for preparing sauces or frying eggs, while in the larger ones you can cook meat, fish or chicken breast, brown some breaded tenderloin fillets, or even make chips. Thanks to how quickly they heat up, reaching the optimal temperature very quickly, they're great for sautéing mushrooms or, for example, preparing scrambled eggs, as well as for making Bolognese sauce, any carbonara-style pasta or even for cooking the béchamel sauce for croquettes.
