Description

The Efficient Iron griddle is ideal for cooking at high temperatures for the perfect searing of meat. It's an extremely sturdy cast-iron grill pan, with great resistance and durability.

It has both exterior and interior enamel, which protects it from rust and deterioration, making it a grill pan for life.

Thanks to the high magnetic conductivity of iron, it's suitable for all types of hob (including induction). It also has an excellent ability to retain heat, obtaining perfect results.

It has no non-stick coating, meaning it's important to heat the grill pan beforehand with a little oil. This will prevent the food from sticking and ensure excellent results.

The Efficient Iron griddle is ideal for cooking food both on the hob and in the oven in a very healthy, fast and simple way. Its large surface area is great for cooking both meat or fish, as well as your accompanying side dishes, and its excellent ability to retain heat guarantees perfect results. You can prepare delicious lunches and dinners quickly and with hardly any fat. Bushing the grill pan with your everyday or seasoned oils can give meat or fish a different flavour each time. Un desastre

Estoy muy descontenta, se pega toda la comida, envié un mail a atención al cliente y su respuesta fue: tiene que tener su temperatura óptima, posiblemente pongas una temperatura no adecuada. A lo que pedí más información sobre la temperatura adecuada y no he recibido respuesta. Peor atención imposible, teniendo en cuenta que hice una compra de varios artículos. No pienso comprar nada más.

Lamentamos lo sucedido. Este producto no lleva antiadherente, por tanto es normal que se pegue si no sigues unas pautas y controlas muy bien la temperatura. Es un excelente producto, y una vez le cojas el truco, te aseguramos que te irá de maravilla.

Me hubiera gustado que toda la superficie hubiera sido útil para cocinar porque se pierde los bordes.
