The two pans in the set are ideal for making countless recipes, combining their different sizes. The small pan is perfect for preparing sauces or frying eggs, while in the larger one you can cook meat, fish or chicken breast, brown some breaded tenderloin fillets, or even make chips. They're great for sautéing vegetables or, for example, preparing scrambled eggs, as well as for making Bolognese sauce, any carbonara-style pasta or even for cooking the béchamel sauce for croquettes.
