The Efficient Plus deep frying pan brings together the best technology to achieve perfect results and with extraordinary resistance to wear and scratching. It is a robust and durable pan thanks to its body made of cast aluminum and the quality of its non-stick Profile, exclusive to Bra in Spain, free of PFOA.

It is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser bottom. In addition, it has an excellent distribution of temperature for perfect cooking of all our recipes.

The deep frying pan is very practical and versatile. Perfect for use as a frying pan for grilling or browning your meat, vegetables or fish, it is ideal as a wok and as a low saucepan with which to prepare all kinds of recipes, both simple dishes such as chickpeas with chorizo, fried Chinese noodles with prawns and vegetables or a rice with fish broth, or to prepare some tasty meatballs with peas, garlic chicken, a beef stew with mushrooms or a delicious vegetable stew with a pinch of hot paprika. Its high walls make it ideal for your frying, avoiding splashes and offering a perfect capacity to fry comfortably. Croquettes, snack fritters or onion rings, as well as Roman squid, chicken nuggets, patatas bravas or Camembert cheese lollipops with a little tomato jam, will be perfect and very crispy. Its versatility also makes it ideal for cooking cannelloni or lasagne fillings, a rich vegetable ratatouille to accompany cod fillets, Bolognese sauce for pasta or bechamel for croquettes.
