Shipping + Packing

The product arrived in good condition but shipping took about 4 days, I was not urgent but on the website it said it would arrive in 24 hours. On the other hand, environmental issue, the box was huge for what I ordered... I think it could be adjusted so as not to waste so much cardboard.

RAPID POT GASKET

The order arrived quickly and well. Buy a gasket for a Facile pot. I wanted it to be the original so that it wouldn't give me problems. The only downside I see is the price. €14 for a pot gasket, I think it's a bit expensive, just because it's from BRA. And then add the €4 postage, the board came out for €18. I have no choice but to buy or throw the pot.

I asked for the replacement of the rubber and the truth is that the pot was like new, and the order arrived very quickly. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
