Sea and mountain scallops Galician style
Christmas is coming and at this time we always want to surprise our loved ones at the table. This recipe for today is an example that to eat delicious and different, it is not necessary to become a slave to the kitchen. 15 minutes are enough to have this delight at your table. Are you in?

Ingredients
10 scallops
2 minced garlic cloves
1 chopped fresh onion
100 g of serrano ham
1 tablespoon paprika
1 crushed cayenne pepper
90ml white wine
100 ml of crushed tomato
Preparation
Chop the onion, garlic and ham
In a frying pan, add a little oil and brown the minced garlic and onion. Add the ham, white wine and cayenne pepper crushed into troos.
Place the scallops, cover and cook for a few minutes.
Remove the scallops and add the paprika, crushed tomato and chopped parsley.
We move well and let cook over low heat for a couple of minutes.
We return the scallops and cover again. After a couple of minutes, we serve the scallops covered with the tomato sauce below and that's it!
