Eggplant tatin

Ingredients for the dough
- 100g of Flour
- 60g of Butter
- 50g of Water
- 1 tsp of Salt
Ingredients for the Tatin
- 1 Eggplant
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 50g almonds
Steps:
1. Mix the flour with the butter in a bowl, knead well and then add the water and salt; Continue kneading and once it is ready, let it rest in the refrigerator wrapped in film.
2. Cut the eggplant and tomatoes into slices and chop the almonds. +
3. Cook the eggplant in the pan and once ready, set aside.
4. In the pan we add the almonds with a little oil, the tomatoes and the eggplants.
