Chicken rolls stuffed with portobello

We already know that chicken is always a success, the recipe that we bring you today is chicken thighs stuffed with portobellos, they are prepared in nothing and cooked in the oven. It is an ideal dish for guests, because we can have them prepared in advance and heat them at the last moment.

We can serve them accompanied by salad, potatoes or our favorite side dish.

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless open chicken thighs
  • 400 grams of portobellos
  • 1 onion
  • 12 strips of cured bacon

Preparation
