chicken cacciatore
This chicken recipe is going to be one of your favorites. Easy and full of flavor, it takes half an hour to prepare, it freezes very well and you can accompany it with rice, potatoes or even salad.
Ingredients
1 chopped chicken
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
a little paprika
1 chopped onion
2 grated carrots
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 clove garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
1 glass of wine
2 grated tomatoes
A handful of black olives
A little chopped parsley
Preparation:
Heat the Bra Signature pan with a little oil. Sauté the chicken on both sides. Season with salt and pepper and add a little paprika.
Remove the chicken and in the same saucepan add the onion, carrot and pepper until the vegetables are soft. Return the chicken and add the wine.
Bring to a boil and add the garlic, rosemary and grated tomato. Cover and cook for 10 minutes until the chicken is tender.
Add the olives and chopped parsley and that's it.
