Mushroom pizza with bacon
It is always good to have a perfect pizza dough to make at any time and this is going to become your favorite. A homemade dough that is prepared in 10 minutes (plus rest) and that you can fill with your favorite ingredients.
Ingredients
For the mass
400 g of flour and a little more to form the pizza
200 ml of water
5 g dry baker's yeast (or 15 g fresh yeast)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
a pinch of salt
For the filling
150 g of mixed mushrooms
75 g of Iberian bacon or Iberian jowl
2 crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon of oregano
150 g grated mozzarella cheese
75 g grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
In the warm water we dissolve the yeast and let it act for about 5 minutes.
In a bowl put the flour and add the salt. Make a hole in the center and add the mixture of yeast and water, and the olive oil.
Mix in the bowl until all the ingredients have been integrated. Transfer the dough to the counter and knead for about 5 minutes. Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes until it doubles in volume.
After this time, divide the dough into 3 parts. With each one we can form a pizza.
Sprinkle the work surface with flour and with the help of the hands we extend. If necessary we can use a roller.
Cover with the grated tomato, a little oregano and half the mozzarella cheese. Laminate the mushrooms and cover the pizza with a few pieces of bacon. Finish by sprinkling the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
We put the pizza on a smooth round Efficient iron plate that will make the pizza take on a golden color underneath in much less time.
Bake about 13 minutes at 220 degrees.
