Pasta with emperor and vegetables
Preparation time 20 min.
Ingredients for 4 people):
350 g of ribbons or other pasta format
400 g of emperor
50 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
100 g of cherry tomatoes
1/2 broccoli
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of black olives
Salt
4 sprigs of fresh parsley
Preparation:
1 Prepare the vegetables. Peel garlic and chop it. Blanch the broccoli in small florets for 2-3 minutes in boiling water. Drain and chop the dried tomatoes. Remove the stone from the olives if desired.
2 Boil the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for the time indicated by the manufacturer.
3 Sauté the fish, add salt, add the garlic, dried tomato and vegetables and after a minute the pasta. Stir carefully and sprinkle with plenty of parsley before serving.
