Honey Mayonnaise Chicken Nuggets
Back to school is here and these Nuggets will be perfect to wait for them at home after class. They are homemade, very rich and super easy to prepare.
Chicken is one of the most versatile meats in the kitchen and today's recipe is a sample that the little ones in the house will also love.
Ingredients
300 g of chopped chicken breast
100g breadcrumbs
200 ml of milk
1 large egg
a pinch of salt
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
a bit of nutmeg

1 tablespoon of flour
2 Eggs
100g breadcrumbs
50 g of crushed kikos
for the sauce
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
½ teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon of honey
Preparation
Put the minced chicken meat in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the breadcrumbs and mix.
We add the milk little by little until we obtain a dough with which we can form balls.
Add the spices and knead until everything is well integrated.
Let stand in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the crushed kikos. In a deep plate, beat the eggs. We booked.
We take a portion of the dough and with the help of our hands we shape it into a ball. Flatten with your hands gently to give it a nugget shape.
We pass it through flour, then through beaten egg and finally through the bread mixed with the kikos.
In an Advanced frying pan, fry them in plenty of olive oil over medium heat, letting them brown gently. Transfer them to a plate with absorbent paper.
For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the honey and mustard and serve on skewers accompanied by the sauce.
