Creamy Macaroni with Chicken

Surely at home you make pasta recipes almost every week, so today we bring you one

a different, creamy and, of course, delicious proposal.

Ingredients:

1-2 chicken breasts

12 cherry tomatoes

1/2 spring onion

1 garlic

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 chili powder or hot paprika (optional)

1 tablespoon of tomato paste

200 ml cooking cream

25 ml white wine

Fresh basil

Parmesan powder

Extra virgin olive oil

Black pepper

Salt

Preparation:

We start by cutting one or two filleted chicken breasts into strips and seasoning them to taste. Pour a little extra virgin olive oil into a MASTER stainless steel pan, add a chopped garlic clove, and brown it. Add ground cumin and chili powder; this adds a spicy touch, but you can leave it out. Stir for a few seconds and add the chicken. Once cooked, remove it and continue with the recipe.

In the same oil, add the chopped spring onion and a pinch of salt and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the washed cherry tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the white wine and reduce over high heat.

When there's almost no wine left, add a tablespoon of tomato paste and mix well. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Blend and return to the pan.

Pour in the cooking cream, mix, and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Now that the sauce is ready, let's cook the pasta. Cook the macaroni in a 24 cm MASTER pot with plenty of boiling salted water for the time indicated by the manufacturer. I recommend cooking it one minute less than the indicated time, because it will then finish cooking along with the sauce.

After the time has passed, we add the macaroni directly to the sauce. Add the chicken and mix well. Look how creamy it is! This is going to be really delicious.

We serve it on a platter or serving dish, sprinkle with powdered Parmesan cheese, and finish with a little chopped fresh basil.

A simple, different and absolutely delicious pasta dish.
