Salt sea bass with tartar sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 sea bass of 500 g each
- 1 kg of coarse salt for baking
- 500 g of coarse table salt
- 1 glass of water
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 6 pickles
- 1/4 spring onion
- 10-12 capers
Preparation:
- In a bowl mix the two types of salts and pour the glass of water. Mix with your hands until all the salt is moistened.
- We place a thin layer of the salt mixture on an Efficient grill , then we place the sea bass, which are clean of guts but without descaling.
- We cover completely with the rest of the salt and bake according to the instructions on the salt package and we say this because each salt needs its baking time, in this case we have cooked them at 180ºC with the oven preheated for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the tartar sauce. Finely chop the pickles, spring onion and capers, add them to the mayonnaise and mix well.
- We serve the sea bass together with the tartar sauce.
