Beans with sausage and black truffle
This time instead of taking the legumes with broth we are going to take them dry with a white sausage that accompanies them in an incredible way.
A perfect dish to eat all year round, but at this time we enter, we can also finish with a little grated black truffle to give a very special touch.

Ingredients
500g white beans
300 g of white sausage
1 fresh onion
1 clove garlic
1 piece of black truffle
Preparation:
In an Allure pot , put the white beans and cover with water. Also add a quartered onion, a handful of salt and a bay leaf. Let cook 14 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the sausages into slices about half a cm thick. In an Efficient frying pan, brown the sausage on both sides. Remove from the pan and reserve.
In the same pan, sauté the fresh onion with the garlic clove and when it is tender, add the beans. Sauté lightly. Add the sausage and give a few laps so that the flavors are well integrated.
Serve with a little grated black truffle on top.
