Express bean and creamy rice stew
The express stew of beans and creamy rice is a comforting and nutritious recipe, ideal for days when you don't want to give up a complete and tasty meal. The beans provide protein and fiber, while the rice provides a soft and creamy texture that combines perfectly with the vegetables and gyozas, which are the perfect accompaniment!
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1/2 pepper
- 1 potato
- Fried tomato
- 1 carrot
- 1 bay leaf
- 200 gr of beans
- 100g of rice
- 500 ml of water
- Peppers
- Salt
- EVOO
- Pepper
Steps:
1. Chop the onion, carrot and pepper
2. We add a good splash of oil and begin to fry
3. Once golden, add the carrot, paprika and fried tomato. We cook for a few minutes.
4. Add the potato, beans, bay leaf, water, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
5. Add the rice and let it boil for about 18 minutes.
GYOZAS
For the mass:
- 160 gr of flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 120 ml of boiling water
1. Mix the flour with the salt, add the water and stir until well incorporated. We knead for 10 min. We let it rest in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes.
2. We divide the mas into balls and stretch it until it is fine
3. We fill and close
4. Steam for 10 minutes
For the filling:
- 1/4 of white cabbage
- Mushrooms
- 1 onion
- Soy sauce
- Carrot
- Protein
1. Chop the onion, cabbage and carrot and sauté
2. We add the soy sauce
