Gluten-free granola with almonds and chocolate
Nothing like starting the day with a good breakfast that can also serve as a snack between meals or as a snack.
It is a homemade granola that is prepared in 5 minutes and then only needs a short time in the oven to brown.
From there with what you like the most. Milk or yogurt, and now in summer it is perfect to give your ice cream a crunchy touch.
Ingredients
300 g of gluten-free organic oat flakes
30 g of almonds with skin
30 g of chopped almonds
2 tablespoons grated coconut
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt
90 ml of honey
90 ml coconut oil or vegetable oil
40g chopped dark chocolate
Preparation
Prepare all the ingredients
In a large bowl mix the oat flakes with the almonds, grated coconut, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.
Add the oil and honey and mix until all the ingredients are well mixed and covered in oil and honey.
Place a baking paper on a Bra Efficient grill. Pour the mixture and flatten as much as possible covering the entire surface.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 175º.
Let cool completely and break into pieces. Add the chopped chocolate.
