Chocolate crepes with cream and strawberries
If you want to surprise your little ones at breakfast without having to work a lot, we suggest you prepare some good crepes, they are very easy to make and you have them ready in a few minutes.

Ingredients:
105g of wheat flour
15g unsweetened cocoa
2 eggs M
300 ml of milk
50g unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Butter to grease the sar
For the filling:
Whipped cream
Strawberries
fresh mint
Powdered sugar
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients of the crepes in the blender glass and blend. We strain to avoid lumps and we already have our dough ready.
We put our Efficient crepe maker on the fire and add a little butter, once melted we remove the excess with a kitchen paper. We put a little dough in the center of the crepe and spread it over the entire surface. We can do it with the help of a special utensil or by quickly turning the crepe to distribute it well. We have to get a thin crepe and as big as our crepe. Leave it for a few minutes until the edges begin to peel off and then turn it over with the same hand so that it cooks on the other side. Leave a couple more minutes and remove on a plate.
We continue the same process until we finish with all the dough. If we are going to fill them with cream, they must be completely cold to fill them, we can put pieces of strawberries and some chopped fresh mint leaves inside and sprinkle icing sugar on top.
