Viennese coffee
The Viennese coffee is so called because it is very typical of Vienna. The coffee is served with a soft whipped cream that gives it a sweet touch. There are many variations but the classic one is one of the most famous.
This particular one we have flavored with Brady and chocolate but we can do it with cinnamon, vanilla, orange... there are many possibilities although yes, the whipped cream is always fixed.
Servings: 2
Difficulty: easy
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
400 ml of coffee
200 ml of liquid cream
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 ounces of chocolate
1 teaspoon of pure cocoa powder to sprinkle
Preparation
We prepare the coffee in a more or less strong Kaffe coffee maker depending on how we like our coffee.
Meanwhile, we mount the cream with the other half of the sugar with strong peaks.
When the coffee is ready, we sweeten it with half the sugar and fill a tall glass with half. Repeat with the other glass.
We introduce in each glass of hot coffee an ounce of dark chocolate and 15 ml of our favorite liquor: brandy, cointreau or whisky.
Fill the glass with the whipped cream with the help of a pastry chef with a curly nozzle.
Sprinkle with pure cocoa powder and accompany with a chocolate bar.
