Pan Brownie
Pan-fried brownie! And very cool with a touch of ice cream. Furthermore, with the market frying pan with the removable handle, it will be very convenient for you to prepare this delicious dessert and take it out of the oven with little effort. Aim!:
Ingredients
- 300g of flour
- 250g of sugar
- 150gr of chocolate to melt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 250ml of milk
- 50g cocoa powder
- 50g of walnuts (or your favorite dried fruit)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (or to taste!)
Steps:
1. With the help of a saucepan, we begin to melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
2. In a bowl we mix the flour with the sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and while we mix everything well, add the milk, oil, salt and melted chocolate.
3. Add the walnuts to the dough and mix everything well.
4. In our previously greased pan, we pour the dough and spread it. We decorate with more nuts and chocolate chips.
5. We bake for about 30-40 minutes at 200ºC.
6. When it is ready, serve with the ice cream and enjoy!
