🍜 Noodles with shrimp and vegetables.
These rice noodles, also called Noodles, are a very simple dish to make, delicious and healthy.
Try this recipe also substituting the prawns for beef cut into strips.
Ingredients:
1 medium onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
½ yellow bell pepper
2 garlic cloves minced
300 g peeled prawns
250 g of rice noodles (a handful)
1 or 2 tablespoons of oil
In juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons of soy sauce (30 ml)
1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
1 piece of fresh ginger
Preparation:
Put a saucepan of water to boil.
When the water boils, turn off the heat and put the rice noodles in the boiled water. Follow the instructions on the package, in a few minutes they will be ready.
Once done, go through cold water to stop cooking, remove the water and reserve.
Heat the Wok Nordik over the fire. Add the oil and brown the garlic.
Give a few laps and add the onion.
When it begins to be soft, add the vegetables (carrots first) and sauté for a few minutes (al dente they are richer in this dish)
Move the vegetables to the edges of the pan, put the shrimp in the center and cook for a minute or two on each side.
Integrate the vegetables with the prawns and add the soy sauce, sesame oil, lime and grated ginger. You can add a little honey too.
Finally add the noodles and sauté well to integrate flavors.
Serve with chopped coriander and sesame seeds to decorate.
